- Product Description
All press-on nails and crocheted dolls in our store are handmade, and some items support personalized customization. Handmade products cannot be completely identical. Minor handmade marks, color differences and tiny dimensional deviations are not regarded as product defects. Placing an order means you accept the characteristics of handmade goods.
- Copyright Statement of Custom Materials
All customized patterns, portraits, texts and other materials provided by customers shall be under the full legal liability and copyright ownership of the customer. We shall not bear any legal liabilities or compensation for any disputes involving portrait rights, copyrights, trademarks and other infringements arising from customer-provided materials.
- Return & Exchange Policy
Handmade and customized products do not support unconditional returns. Refund applications will not be accepted unless there is severe craftsmanship damage or major quality defects.
If an exchange is approved, all shipping fees including international cross-border delivery charges and customs costs shall be borne entirely by the buyer. We are only responsible for remaking and resending qualified products.
- Order Modification & Cancellation
Custom orders cannot be arbitrarily cancelled once production has started. Any changes to style, size or color must be submitted via designated contact methods before production commences. No revisions will be accepted after production begins.
- Logistics & Receipt Liability
All international shipping times are for reference only. Risks including package loss and delivery delays caused by customs inspection, local logistics delays or incorrect delivery addresses shall be undertaken by the buyer. Please inspect the package for damage upon receipt. No claims for damaged outer packaging will be accepted after signing for the parcel.
- Intellectual Property Rights
All product images, design drafts and website content are protected by copyright. Unauthorized commercial use or resale of our designs is prohibited, and we reserve the right to pursue legal liabilities for infringement.
- Amendment of Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. Revised terms will be displayed on the website footer automatically. Your continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms。
